Coordinated a mission trip to Wind River Ranch in Estes Park, CO. Recruited a team of 14 volunteers with specific skills to meet the needs of WRR so it would be ready for summer guests. Directed team to complete various projects. Served on team painting decks, cabins, etc. and worked with their horses. Wrote daily devotional for team to follow and led nightly team meetings.

Mentored middle school students and also college students who mentor younger students as Young Life volunteer leaders. Provided practical knowledge and spiritual and emotional support. Assisted in coordinating meetings, events and small groups. Built relationships and earned the right to be a trusted, positive influence in their lives.
